Very nice set-up. Picks up ambient light fairly well and holds securely on the rib. It''d be nice if it was steel instead of aluminum. The base flexes a little and lifts at the back if the set screw is well tightened. Locktite is a must. The wings on the base made it very easy to shim to proper height for a low profile rear sight.My installation had the base sitting past the muzzle about 1/8." No biggie. The color is actually green, not the yellow as suggested. It can be clamped to a bead or using supplied screws.
