Equipped with a red chevron .50BMG reticle, the Trijicon ACOG Scope uses absolutely no batteries, instead kept bright by a complex combination of fiber optics and tritium. Featuring 6x magnification power and a 48mm objective lense, the Trijicon ACOG Scope offers the perfect amount of light transmission to allow it to be used in all lighting conditions, including low-light and no-light situations. Waterproof up to 328 feet and housed in forged aluminum, the Trijicon ACOG Scope is incredibly durable and strong, able to withstand some of the harshest conditions.

you can try other nice optics but if want you the best and brightest optic, look no further than the Trijicon TA648-50.. its almost as much fun as the .50 its mounted on.

The Trijicon TA648 50 exceeds my (high) expectations. The tritium + fiber optic illumination of the reticle is great, and no batteries to die and replace .... The bullet drop compensator is quick and easy to use, actually you dont have to do anything except aim using the horizontal gradient bar that matches up with your target, it doesnt get any simpler. If you are looking for a top of the line optic for long range targets or hunting, buy this.
